What data we process

Data you provide to us through the quote form, the supplier form or by e-mail: company name, contact person, country, e-mail, phone, product details, your message and attached files. We also process technical data needed to deliver the form securely (IP address, browser information, time of submission).

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to handle your enquiry or offer and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to protect the website and forms against abuse and spam (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Recipients and processors

Data is shared only to the extent necessary with: our web hosting provider; Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, website security and Cloudflare Turnstile form protection); Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (delivery of form messages by e-mail). Any transfer outside the EEA is based on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or offer. If a business relationship follows, we keep it for its duration and for the period required by accounting and tax legislation. Technical data used for spam protection is kept only for a short time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Effective from 23 September 2026

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not load third-party tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server.

On the Contact page, the forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is submitted by a person; it does not use cookies for tracking. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm). Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll.).

If analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) is added in the future, it will only run after you give consent via a cookie banner.
